No returns or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@muvaearthsoragnics.com Include a photo of the wrong item UNOPENED we will then send you a shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us and the correct item will be sent within 3-5 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
